Drop Shipping Terms And Policies

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible however we can not guarantee when your order will be shipped. We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days of our daily cut-off time which is 4PM ET (1PM PT) as long as the items are in stock for shipment the next day. We recommend that you have your orders placed by 12PM ET (9AM PT) if possible. To prevent order entry errors our system is set up so that you must enter the orders online through our web site. Please do not email, call or fax drop ship orders to us. Our staff can not enter these orders for your account.
UPS orders are given priority over any items sent by US Mail. We only ship complete orders unless you specifically ask us to back order an item. This means that the order will be held until all of the items are available unless you contact us (you can check the status of the order online but we do not send out any notices that an order is back ordered). We ship in plain brown boxes with nothing on them but a shipping label. The return labels say "21st Century" and have our address. The packing list that goes in each order indicates that the shipment is from the Efill Fulfillment Center. If the customer goes to the www.efill.com web site they can type in the order number and this will give them your company name and information that you provided in the account profile (there is no information about us on this web site). You will tell us how you want the order shipped when you enter the order into our system. We can ship UPS and the packages are insured. PO Boxes and APO/FPO must ship by US Mail and are NOT insured (meaning we do not credit for lost or damaged US Mail packages). All of our Priority Mail packages have delivery confirmation numbers at no extra charge (not available with APO/FPO). Please note that USPS delivery confirmation numbers are not the same as the tracking numbers given by UPS. Often times they have very little detail and sometimes are not even updated by the USPS. There is no insurance for any packages shipped by US Mail. No packages are sent requiring a signature unless you specifically request it (the carriers charge for this service). Tracking numbers and shipping charges are automatically emailed to you at the end of the shipping day or are available online under your order history.
International packages can be shipped by UPS or US Airmail. We do not credit for packages seized or rejected by customs authorities. We do not recommend sending anything to the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, South America or Eastern Europe (basically anywhere but Canada and Western Europe). Nearly 100% of the orders are fraudulent or they will be stolen. Your customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that are due when the package arrives. If they refuse to pay you will be responsible for the duties and taxes if the carrier sends us a bill.
We do not have any contact with your customer whatsoever. You need to handle all customer service issues, please do not have your customer contact us for any reason and do not post our contact information anywhere on your web site. All charges will be to your credit card. Be aware that the credit card charges for your drop ship orders will appear on your statement from our billing company which is "21st Century" in San Diego, CA. If you or your credit card company disputes any charges for any reason you will be charged a fee of $25 per dispute in addition to any collection costs and attorney fees that may be required in any collection effort. We do not ship COD for drop ship orders. You are responsible for any disputes or chargebacks between you and your customer. You are responsible for all orders placed including duplicates.
If there is a problem with an order that you have placed (your credit card declined for example), DO NOT place additional orders or you may end up with multiple orders going to the same person that you will be responsible for. Contact us to reprocess the original orders instead.
Canceling orders - Please be advised that once you place an order and it has been processed by our system it is almost impossible to cancel it. We have several warehouses and ship thousands of orders at a time. We are not able to have someone locate a specific order and cancel it in 99% of the cases. This would simply take too much time and would prevent us from shipping orders in a timely fashion. If your customer wants to cancel but it is too late you should tell them to refuse delivery. When the order comes back to us we will credit you less the shipping and restocking fees as described below.
Please be advised that some items may be considered illegal in certain states, countries and cities. Be further advised that you may be prohibited by law from selling some items to customers who are under a certain age. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of all items to be shipped to your customers and to verify the age of any person to whom we have been instructed by you to ship any product.
You need to charge your customer enough to cover shipping. You are charged for the actual shipping plus a $1.50 drop ship fee per US order ($5 for international orders). This is to cover the cost of packaging, completing customs forms, etc... It is usually best to charge at least $5 for the first item and then $1.50 or so for each extra item. You should add at least $10-15 for 2 Day shipping and $20-30 for next day shipping (please note that overnight can get very expensive especially for large items like dolls, etc...) Keep in mind that these are guidelines only and not any kind of guarantee that shipping won't be more expensive for an individual order. These shipping charges are based on standard shipping using Priority Mail for small, inexpensive items and UPS Ground for larger more expensive items. You can go to ups.com or usps.com to estimate shipping rates. Drop ship fees are not included in these guidelines. 3 day, 2 day, overnight and international shipments will be significantly more expensive than ground shipments.
You will be charged for any shipping adjustments that occur if we are charged by the carrier for address corrections, address changes, dimensional (oversized) weighting, etc... UPS charges $5-10 for address corrections.
The same refund/exchange/undeliverable policies apply to drop ship orders that apply to regular wholesale orders (basically, all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges - defects are replaced with the exact same item only - undeliverable or refused orders are charged for shipping + 15% restocking fee). There is no "30-day" return policy. Obviously, sex toys are not like tv's and you can't just use them for awhile and send them back! 99% of all people understand this and would not want to buy anything from a company that took items back. The restocking fee is charged because it is labor intensive to process undeliverable packages, figure out who they belong to, return items to stock, issue credits, etc... You will also be charged $0.40 per transaction for credits to your credit card in addition to any shipping charges and restocking fees. Unauthorized returns or returns of defects that lack packaging or have been used may be credited very little if at all depending on the condition. UPS and FedEx also charge to return a package that is undeliverable. This means that you will have to pay extra shipping on any UPS or FedEx orders that are undeliverable or refused by your customer (please note that we are discontinuing use of FedEx and they are listed here for historical reasons).
Unfortunately, defects are a part of doing business and can be expected in a small percentage of cases. This is especially true for inexpensive electric items and cheap videos. All claims for defects, damaged shipments or missing products must be received within 5 days of delivery. In the event of a defect, your customer may only return an unused product with complete packaging. Your customer must verify that the product works before using it. We do not accept returns of used products. They should send it back by UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail if possible (USPS delivery confirmation is not considered to be trackable). We will not credit for returns sent through the mail that never show up. You will be credited for the defective item when the return has been received and processed. Shipping charges are never refundable. If you want something else sent to the customer then you will need to place a new order and be charged accordingly. We do not pay for your customer to return a defective product. If your customer receives the wrong product due to our mistake please contact us immediately and we will send them the correct item along with instructions to send the incorrect item back (do not place additional orders). You must contact us within 14 days if a package is missing and has not been delivered or was damaged in transit. Claims cannot be made with the carrier beyond 14 days after the ship date and you are responsible if they reject a claim due to your failure to file a claim in a timely manner within the 14 day period or for any other reason.
